CONTRACT DEDUCTIONS

I booked a cell phone online with Vodacom, within minutes I had a call back from a consultant who advised me that there would not be any connection or delivery fee. I accepted the purchase had the cell delivered and activated. Once activated I was suppose to be debited for R 199.00 of which I left just over that amount. After calling and confirming this deduction I received a SMS stating I will be debited for R 296.00. I called and confirmed this was not suppose to be the case. Now I see I have been debited for R 529.00. This is outrageous and I am appalled at this service. This is not what I signed up for. This is almost R 330.00 more than what I agreed on.
