Contract declined without reason and no help further in this regard from the online team

I am very frustrated with Vodacom. I contacted Vodacom Sunday and spoke to Nkululeko regarding a contract online. He assured me that the delivery will take 3days and that I just have to send my Payslip, Bank Statements and ID. No indication was given that the contract can be declined and according to me the contract was thus approved. He convinced me to rather finalise the order online due to it being faster and no sim connection fee.

Now all of the sudden I get the news that the contract was declined - which I only found out because I contacted Vodacom again. This was before I even had a chance to send my documentation and thus I did not even get a fair chance. According to Ricardo (from the online shopping team) from Vodacom the reason for the contract being declined is that I have reached my maximum lines and he 'thinks' my other contract is still too new. My contract was thus declined due to me already being a Vodacom Customer as no additional information was given for this decision to be made. I am a good paying client and now I get declined due to me being a customer. This is utterly ridiculous as there is no reason for me not getting approved. I then received an email address from Ricardo where I can send my documentation and ask for it to be reviewed again. I then immediately sent the email to ********** but have not even received a confirmation of receipt just got ignored completely. I cannot understand how the initial application was done and then I was just declined suddenly and Vodacom cannot even give me a clear explanation. Just that I have to wait a few months (could not even tell me the actual amount). Furthermore according to the agent he has had clients with new contract that was approved after 4months of their first contract but still he could not tell me why I am different from these clients. I think it is ridiculous that I can get declined due to my contract being too 'new'. I would think that it should count in my favour that I am already a Vodacom Customer.

Please be so kind as to look into the matter. I also attach the necessary documentation.

Kind regards,
