contract declined later approved !

so app**** for a contract online for the P20lite that was on special( one day special) and the next step was supposed to the agent to give me a call so I never received a call. i called back the next day to follow up. i was told that my application was declined :( and i cant get the phone. so day I received an sms saying the vetting was approved and i called in i was told if for the P20lite that i app**** for and i said they must process it i still want it. now im told i cant get it at that special price!!!! why!! i placed my order during the special whos fault that YOU delayed on your side? can someone please explain?
