Contract declined

I was a Vodacom customer for years and I tried to get a new contract tonight 21/05/15 through one of your service providers. I would just like to say well done for declining the new contract with me and when I asked why they could give me absolutely no reason at all for the refusal. Word of mouth marketing is the most powerful tool to promote a company, guess which way I will be doing your marketing.
