contract decline

Good day I app**** for a p8 lite on my account and it was declined for r5 that was short paid because the credit check was done before I trf the R5. This is becoming redicoulis. I have 2 company lines there as well tried to put the line on there they was also declined. No 2 big concern people R5 is that so important for a coprate company like that. The companies accounts I could understand they were in arrears.
