Contract cansellation quote

I phoned vodacom the 29 desember 2016 to ask for a cansellation quote after which they told me it will be emailed to me within 24h. I phoned/visited six more times between then and today. EVERY TIME THEY HAVE TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES AND PROMISE IT WITHIN 24hours. We would really like a cancellation quote right now. Please help me. My contact ***
