Contract cancelling problems.

Poor service does not even touch the service i received from Vodacom. I ended my contract and paid everyting tgey said at one of there shop. Only to find out they did not stop anything. Then they still took my money of my account. So when i finally got the contract ended they started me on a new contract that i did not sign for or asked for. So when i got this contact stopped they are telling me with a summons i still have to pay. This must be a joke. I see them owing me all the money they took from me. I do not even live in South africa for all most a year.
