Contract cancelled without permission

Two months ago I called vodacom to pay off the remaining value on my device. But to my dismay a week later my entire contract was converted to a prepaid number and all my services were blocked completely. I have called the retention department several times and was told it would be resolved. However now 2 months later, I have been charged my monthly subscriptions and have had no connection.<br>
