Contract Cancelled Immediately Instead of Monthend

I called Customer Service yesterday at about 3:15 PM. I said I wanted to cancel my Vodacom contract, which expires on 6 Feb (1 day left!) but wanted it cancelled at month end only because I needed to port it back to MTN.
Had to call Cancellations.Retentions (082) 1958, which I did but voicemail was \Due to unforeseen circumstances our call centre is currently unavailable\".
Called (082)111 again and spoke to Thabo. He said he would arrange for the cancellations and I would receive an email confirmation. I completed and emailed the forms back at 4:19 PM.
At 4:30 PM whilst I was talking to someone, line was cut.
I lost ALL my balances of airtime, SMS and data including additional data (I was on a Smart M package).
I made several calls yesterday to try and get the cancellation on *** reversed: I called (082) 1958 and spoke to Elizabeth who tried to help but she said the cancellation had been done by another department.
She said I should call (082) 111 and speak to manager. I spoke to Michael who tried to help to get free airtime and data to use phone.
This morning I cannot call because I have reached the Vodacom Call Centre Monthly Access Limit.
So now I cannot follow up!"
