Contract cancelled as requested

I posted a complaint on Hello Peter, within one hour, Vodacom had contacted me, and within 48 hours my request was attended to by Maxwell at Vodacom. I have 3 Vodacom contracts, one contract has been ongoing since 1994. Excellent service from Vodacom in all the years with them. Unfortunately, being bed bound, my Son went in to sort one account that had been closed, along with the ****le. The phone account was closed, but not the ****le. Vodacom responded within one hour of the post on Hello Peter, and 48 hours, a refund of 18 months payments deducted refunded, and the contract closed. Still very happy with Vodacom.
