Contract Cancelled

I am writing this statement out of frustration and feeling annoyed that Vodacom does not seem to rectify their error. Following the statement that I've wrote, I got a call on the 23rd Jan 18 from the Gentleman saying he is calling from the CEO's office. I told him my side of the side and he also told me that he listened to the conversation that i had with the Vodacom call centre employee and have had him quoting me the amount of R1252.94.

Now I have paid what I was requested to me to pay and was told that my account will be cancelled last year. Now what is this nonsense of lawyers calling me and informing about the payment I had to make for Vodacom contract.

As far as I am concerned my contract has finished and been cancelled. Please rectify this error, I am tired of sending you emails without any help.
