Contract cancellations

<p>About two months ago I repeatedly phone the cancellations dept. jyst to be dropped from the line after 10 to 15 minutes each time. I went to the Westgate branch to cancel. They could not assist, but did call from their lines so I could cancel four contracts I have with them. To date the 4 contracts that I cancelled is not cancelled. A debit order went off on my account today again in terms of the 4 contracts that was cancelled.</p>
