Contract CANCELLATION...impossible!!!!
I have tried countless times to call *** but I'm always on hold or when I eventually speak to a consultant the call gets disconnected. Apparently they also don't do cancelation in the store anymore. They make it impossible to cancel contracts!
WHAT IS THE PROCESS? For months I'm paying a contract that means nothing to nobody and I am not getting hold of anyone to cancel my contract.
