Every time Vodacom explain to me that billing must first reverse the credit and then cancellation can cancelled the contract. Vodacom handed me over to a legal department. Now because of Vodacom’s reluctance to finalize this matter I am now being victimized and blacklisted due to their incompetence. Ben Kruger Cell *** E-mail:***
