Extremely Poor Customer Service & Unresolved Contract Cancellation Request

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I submitted a contract cancellation request, but despite following all the required steps, the matter has still not been resolved. I have been passed from one consultant to another, repeating the same information multiple times with no progress or feedback.

The lack of communication is unacceptable no updates, no follow-through, and no accountability. Each time I reach out the consultants hang up the line on me and this level of customer service is highly unprofessional and shows complete disregard for customers’ time and concerns.

All I want is for my contract cancellation request to be processed efficiently and for someone to take responsibility and provide clear, accurate feedback. I should not have to chase the company for something that should be standard procedure.

I am requesting urgent assistance and a proper resolution to this ongoing issue. This experience has been extremely frustrating and has negatively affected my confidence in the company.
