Contract cancellation nightmare

I requested a quote to cancel a contract prematurely from Vodacom consultant , it was sent to my email having reference no,my account no and cell no.I paid the due amount and send it to ********** as mentioned in the quote.Then I went to Vodacom outlet..to my shock..they called the cancellation department when I get there they are now saying the do't know my Quote..I give them the reference no still they say it does not exist.The lady who was helping us on the phone refused to tell us her name and transferred the call to another one.Then she told the same story that the Quote does not exist.When the Vodacom store consultant asked for her name..she hanged the phone.What a ****..
