Contract Cancellation. LTE ROUTER

Been trying to cancel my LTE contract for the past 11 days. Contract expires in January 9.01.2022. Sent numerous emails to ***. their reply, case opened, case closed.still haven't received a cancelation email. Sent numerous DM .Numerous messages on their Instagram account. Their reply, we will give me a miss call to phone back. Really. Provided all necessary information, including . ID number, cellphone number, account number, invoice number. Yet the clowns that run their Instagram account are clueless. Excuse upon excuses , a simple matter, I need my contract cancelled. But no one from Vodacom can do that, it seems that they are not interested in cancelation of my contract. I am at my wits end dealing with *********** people that work for Vodacom.
