Contract Cancellation Issues

<p>I have been trying for months to get Vodacom to cancel a contract and convert the telephone number to a pre-paid number, but they seem to be ignoring the issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have phoned Vodacom contract-cancellations department, from as early as February 2017 to enquire and stop a telephone number which i have on contract,. I phones them again in March then April as well as end of May 2017. I phoned them again in June to make sure that the request has been comp**** with and they said that it has indeed been done. After the end date of May 2017, the uChoose Smart S package is still being deducted via debit order. The most frustrating thing is, I don't even receive the Monthly airtime allowance of R200 bundled with my package. I want my money back and i want the contract package ended as well as keep my cellphone number. Is that really so hard Vodacom?</p>
