Contract cancellation issue

I have requested to cancel my Vodacom contract at Vodacom Jabulani branch and that wasn't processed,to my suprise i am told that this could only happen in March 2024. Why is that when I wanted to cancel it becomes an issue while when I joined it wasn't?

I need this contract cancel asap because I can't afford it anymore.

Your Jabulani branch wasn't honest with my and would like to get sorted as soon as possible,not by three months waiting period they telling me.

Your business practice is not honest and I honestly not impressed with you service and this will push me not to make any business with your institution anymore on the future.
