Contract cancellation Incompetance

<p>Vodacom is an absolute joke. I have been trying to cancel my cellphone contract for weeks now. Iv done all thats required, paid all that was needed yet due to their utter incompetance the contract is still active. Pushed from pillar to post, given the incorrect account details by vodacom, promises of call backs never fulfilled etc etc etc. Due to their incompetance i am now into another month with a contract i have already paid to cancel, one which i no longer use and will be expected to pay for. Is this a money making delay tactic? You guys will never see me again. Pathetic service from start to end</p>
