CONTRACT CANCELLATION IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!
Worst experience of my entire life.... And now they won't even process my cancellation and call centre agent put you through to the automated voice message when your ask to speak to a manager. I would NEVER in my whole life RECOMMEND anyone to use VODACOM... The service delivery is non-existent and they only want to make money out of you and don't which to deliver any sort of service at all.

20 May 2021, 11:07Thanks for nothing... Consultants have been phoning but they are the ones that cause the problem. No managers to speak to. It's like everyone there works without any supervision.
