Contract cancellation

Good day

I have been trying to put in a notice of cancelation for one of my contracts and I am being sent from pillar to post, ne consultant adviced that my contract ends in januray 2020 a different consultant will say the end of december 2019, another one says on the 21st of December 2019 .I've tried calling numerous times to rectify this, but my calls are cut off or go unanswered before I can declare my bussiness . The contract number that i would like to cancel is ***. Thank you
