Contract Cancellation Delay

Vodacom doesn't want to cancel my contract I have been calling them and speaking with different agents who aren't helping me at all. Recently one of your agents placed a migration order on my contract without my consent, after I explicitly told him I want to cancel my contract. My contract expires at the end of this month and I have no interest in upgrading or any other product from you guys. I recently took a contract with you guys in November 2021 so I don't understand why your agents are insisting that I continue with this contract when I don't need/want it.

On Saturday I called and spoke with Gugu (I didn't get her surname) who assured me that she's cancelling the migration order and that I have to call back in 24 to 48 Hours to cancel the original contract. To my surprise I just called now and spoke with Nosipho Mdletshe (ref ***) who told me that the migration order hasn't been cancelled - so I have to wait 24 hours again while they process the cancellation. I am honestly tired of this up and down - the same speed that you guys process my debit order is the same efficiency I expect when I need to cancel my contract.

May you guys please cancel my contract.
