Contract cancellation delay

I have tried to cancel one of my contacts since the 23 November 2020. I have been contacting their cancellations department 6 times since my initial cancellation request with no success. Every time I phone to enquire, I get the same old story that it was escalated and that someone will call me to confirm the cancellation.

To date no phone call or email to confirm the cancellation was successful and that I will be receiving a full refund for the months paid.

All I want is my contact to be cancelled and my money paid back into my account.
