Contract cancellation

Truly disappointed in them. I've been with them for over 10 years and they still doubt treat you with respect. I've been asking for months for a few contracts of mine to be cancelled. But still they don't cancel instead just making empty promises and offering to upgrade instead. They levels they stoop to when doing business is appalling to be honest. No ounce of honesty whatsoever.
