Contract Cancellation

Im Matome... Im sharing this review on behalf of my mother. On 06 May 2025 around pass 11am she call vodacom contract cancellation no ***, with no 060...7377. She want to cancel her few no on contract witch are : 060...7377, 082...6581, 066...2869, 079...5231 and 066...8082. The lady she spoke to her said it will be done. On 13th May 2025 she called to follow up she spoke to Vanesar Vodacom consultant she promise to call back after hour to 2hrs with feedback still no call back. It seems like they don't want to cancel them. My mother pays lots of money and she is now on pension but still they dont want to understand.
