Contract cancellation

Dear Vodacom

I've been trying to cancel my contract with you from june 2020. Just because I'm a black powerless woman, you've been ignoring all my requests. I call in day in day out just to get this contract cancelled. All you do is adding money month after month. First in July it was R508 then now R469 but my contract was R208 originally. Just because you are in power you can do anything you like, I may not be Mkosana Makate with big and powerful lawyers ,but what you are doing to me is unacceptable . I dont think the SA Ombudsman allows it. This contract has come go an end and you are refusing to cancel it for your own selfish benefits with *********** consultants. I cannot take it anymore as this contract was meant to help my 9yr old daughter with online home schooling, You are now taking my last single cent for zero service . How must I survive when you are deducting every cent that was meant for my family? I'm so heart broken , I don't know what to do anymore. You are taking advantage of poor people.
