Contract cancellation

I had a contract with vodacom and payed it up...den changed my number to fall under prepaid... But when I check my credit score it still shows dat I still have a contract with vodacom and it's affecting my credit record... Pls kindly remove my name on ure data cos it's been more or over 2 years I haven't been on dat contract,hence I canceled it... I'm not gonna use a vodacom contract service anymore pls remove me from ure records
