Contract Cancellation
I cancelled my vodacom contract 3 years ago and to my surprise it still shows active on my ITC report and outstanding. When I called Vodacom I was told that the contract was cancelled and a cancellation letter will be sent and even up to today I haven't received it. Can my name be removed from ITC because this relationship ended a long time ago and I owe you nothing.
