contract cancellation

Hi Vodacom

please assist with the matter below , iv cancelled my contract in June and you are still debiting my account, this is getting out of control as i have continuously requested the call centre consultants to help with this matter. i payed for cancellation of the simcard and the outstanding balance requested buy vodacom , i have attached all the proof of payment on the matter below , this is getting out of hand that im paying for a sim-card that i dont even use and im requesting my money back that was debited
