Contract canceled and paid for now money is taken

I had a contract witch ended in Jan, since I had never used the Sim cards I got with the contract I canceled the contract end of Feb because I don't receive date ect anyway... After Manny calls with vodacom I fanaly got it canceled and payed the fee to aswelll just to have vodacom deduct mo ey from me 2 mo this later for a contract that I canceled and when I called to find out why they took money all of a sudden my call was cut off
