CONTRACT CANCELATION & UPGRADES.

A Contract Upgrade was taken on the 27th of September 2020. The phone was faulty when received. The volume button as well as the power buttons fell out. The phone has been returned to Vodacom via Ram and now Vodacoms retention department are telling me to wait until the end of the month November 2020 for the contract to be canceled and a new one to be taken out during December 2020. The contract cancelation is in a pending state. I am currently sitting without a phone. I am being inconvenienced.
