CONTRACT CANCELATION R676 for 10MBS???
Please confirm that contract for phone number *** is cancelled. I sent an email 22Jan, A debit order of R670 for 10MBS just came off.
Please cancel ASAP Reference ***

26 Mar 2026, 08:20Hi Vodacom, I called customer service and received email confirmation that my contract is terminated, it will no longer be active as of 01 April.
Today, a debit order of R676 went off.
Guys what's going on? 10Mbs is very very slow for the amount you're charging.
AND I HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS RIGMOROL OF CONTACTING YOU FREQUENTLY TO GET THIS SORTED.
Is my time free? PLEASE, why did that debit order go off if the contract is terminated?
