I have proof of contract transfer, however Vodacom accepts an instruction from an unknown person to cancel my contract. Vodacom cannot provide record of the individual that instructed them to cancel the newly transferred contract. According to law ALL contractual changes should be kept on record for 5 years. This meaning that Vodacom committed breach of contract relating to a legal contractual agreement. This ******* contract transaction must be remedied with immediate effect and all blacklisting to be removed from transferred contract.
