Contract cancelation

I have been trying to cancel my Vodacom contract for months now.

I keep calling their call centre and they say they'll email me forms to complete so the cancelation can be processed but I never receive these forms.

I have been to the vodashop 3 times and they are also not helpful. They say I must keep calling the call centre until I get an email to cancel.

The level of poor service is ridiculous. The service is only good when getting the contract but you can never cancel.
