Contract cancelation

I'm pleading with vodacom to cancel my contract that was supposed to be canceled years ago...you can't really get it over ans done with..one keeps coming back to hello Peter..you get a different consultant who don't seem to understand your story...I've been waiting for my cancelation till today.. I'm still blacklisted by vodacom despite making all the necessary payment..please just close my account and update your records as well
