Contract Call Time and Data not Activated on Phone

I have a Smart M contract with Vodacom. In January, I took out a second Smart M contract and moved my Pay-As-You-Go phone across to that. Simple. Two phones, two contracts, two numbers. Apparently not. Vodacom have loaded all the airtime and data for both contracts onto one phone and the other phone has no data allocation at all.

I have been in to the local Vodacom shop around 10 times, and have phoned them many more times, and while they have been helpful, they cannot fix the problem, it requires intervention by the IT team, which has still not happened. The second phone has been without data or calling minutes for over 3 weeks now.

When I view the plans online, my original number is still showing against the old plan and my new contract is not visible. I find it bizarre that they are unable to resolve this fairly straightforward request.
