Contract by cancelled since last year May

I have been to Vodacom 4times since February this year. I have spoken to thoga,busi,nonku,kerishna,k****tso from the call centre as well as Vodaworld. It's almost 3 months and my contract has not been cancelled and I'm yet to receive a refund from Vodacom. The gadget was returned to them last year May but the contract has not been cancelled. Every end of the month money is deducted from my account for a contract and device which I do not have.<br> Service I have received has been appalling . <br> I need this contract cancelled and my refund processed asap.
