Contract Billing and failure to update details

In September 2017 I made a call to Vodacom requesting a copy of our company contract with them. 1. I did not have the contract number or account number so they had to search for the contract using one of the Cellphone numbers. 2. Once they located the contract they said, there was money in arrears for Jan 2017 - May 2017. However, this contract is still registered under a company which has since been sold to a third party in over a year. 3. Vodacom was requested to transfer all the contracts to the new company which I do not think was done as we do not receive any statements. 4. I asked the Vodacom consultant to send the statements to the listed email address which they never did. In my conversation with the consultant I did mention that the account was being offset monthly from our account and they could not answer how we are owing from the previous company. All cellphone contracts have not been suspended. 5.I followed up with Vodacom requesting statements to be sent to the original email listed with them which they never did. 6. The next I heard of this account was in Oct 2017 when MBD a debt collector called our offices specifically asking for me. 7. Vodacom did not notify the customer of its intention to handover the account to a debt collector 8. All I need is for Vodacom to level the playground, send us statements from both companies and show when exactly they transferred the contracts from one company to the other.
