Contract Billing

Account number I***-8. I don't seem to be getting any joy from Vodacom, as per my previous report. A guy by the name of Yasin called me last week, and told me that my balance was R3000 as far as he could see, but went on to give me a number to call for all the details ***), as he was shocked when the R8000lance was coming from. Upon calling that number, I was told that they are Nimbo Collections, and I was told that my balance was R7000.00, and that they were going to email my statements, for which I am still waiting for since last week. When I asked them about my arrears, they said I need contact Vodacom for that. When calling Vodacom, my number was not even recognised, twice and when I used another number, I still could not get any help. I have statements from Vodacom, one dated June 2015 with a balance of R4190.04 and another one, dated October 2015, for R8984.25. All this makes no sense to me, how does a balance move from R4000 to R8000 in just four months, when in that period an of R1500 has been paid. I have been paying this account and I am spaying it, can someone please help me sort this mess out, and have my lines opened.
