Contract

Last year January 2020 I app**** for contract cellphone at vodacom.they rejected my application then they offered me a sim card and I rejected their offer because I needed a phone not a sim. Again around June 2020 they offered me a laptop and I accepted their offer but they delivered the wrong laptop and I contacted them and told them that the delivered laptop is incorrect they sent their RAM driver to come and collect it and their courier guy came and collect it then they never get back to me ever since then.

Surprisingly on the 17th of July 2021 I received a demand letter from their lawyers demanding R8921.57 but I don't have any contract with vodacom as they took the wrong order and never replaced it so I believed that was the end of our agreement my ID number is *** my cellphone number is ***.
