Contract application runaround

I have been trying to get a phone on contract from vodacom since 17 December 2015 which has still not been finalised to this day.I went to vodashop greenstone to apply for a contract. I sat patiently at the shop for a good 20min before being attended to. I was then met by an agent called Victor who casually attended to me. After filling in the forms I was told I needed a vetting which could not be finalised as by that time as head office was closed. I then asked him to cancel it as I would go to another vodashop. I went to vodashop Sandton &was met by George. I explained to him what happened at greenstone &had to do a dealer swap using my own phone as he could not \find the number".When that was done he then told me I could not get the phone I wanted as I'd have to pay in a lot of money or get a different phone.
