Hi , I haven't received any contact what so ever when will I be receiving a call??

hi, if I could of selected 0 stars I would. The service Vodacom provides are really up to ****. let me explain to you why I am so unhappy. First things first my cellphone contract was for the last 5 to 7 years on my Grandmothers name because when I wanted a cellphone contract I was still a student. In 2019 we asked the Branch in Greenstone can they please switch my account to my name ,because i wanted to start building Credits on my name. That they never could. reason why I still don't know but what I do know is they did the opposite. they switched my grandmothers cellphone contract to my name and kept my contract on her name. Never got contacted about it only found out about it when last year I got a message of the LEGAL ACCOUNTS saying I owe Vodacom Money. After doing my homework correctly I decided to pay the R2000 +- to the Legal Accounts where the Legal Accounts sended me a document stating I did pay in full amount.(This was this year March 2021) Afterwards contacting the customer service a few times. They stated my account is clear and everything is sorted. Now here is the funny part boys and girls. My Contract I have with Vodacom IS STIL NOT ON MY NAME. its been 2 years now. SECONDLY the LEGAL ACCOUNTS ARE PAID IN FULL. there has been an attachment on the system since MARCH (what I found out yesterday) BUT THEY NEVER CHANGED IT TO "SETTLEMENT" AND KEPT IT ON "LEGAL" and now it "might" get of my name but I WIL STRUGGLE TO OPEN UP A NEW CONTRACT (this is what a Consultant told me yesterday by the GREENSTONE BRANCH. After stating in Confidence that when she request information on the system it gets DONE! so Please tell me who is in the wrong here?? I did what I needed to do as a CUSTOMER and still I get very bad service for something that wasn't even my fault but Vodacom's employee's.
