Contract Application Declined Yet Approved

Good day,<br> <br> I have to say that i am not happy with the sales consultants anymore. My application for a cellphone contract was Declined by a consultant Lady yet on the system minimum requirements were met, it was a samsung s4 mini for R129 per month. Today i phoned Vodacom and a guy assisted me saying he cannot process my application because it's within 60 days i need to do a decline review since i did meet the minimum requirements for the S4 mini contract. ref number is ***2.<br> <br> I earn more than R7500 and i have been on prepaid for a long time, can someone from Vodacom explain why was i declined.<br> <br> I can even fax my Payslips/Bank statement, or ID Copy.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Zakhele
