Contract Application Declined and no reason

I would like to get some proper feedback in regards to my contract application with Vodacom. I have app**** in the past 6 months and was declined, When I asked the reason they said its because I have a listing with ITC, which I didn't because I called and got a report from ITC and there was no listing. I waited for 6 months, to re apply, I just did now, I was decline again, same ITC reason. I would like to get proper feedback as to what is it on the ITC that makes Vodacom to decline so I can rectify it. I have never had a bad ITC record and if Vodacom is for some reason picking up something on my ITC , I feel its only fair to let me know so I an work on it.
