Contract application

I have been trying for the past 2 months to take out a vodacom contract, I don't know why I am still trying to switch from cell c to vodacom because the service (or lack there of) has been horrifying. The call centers have been utterly useless, I have been passed from one department to the next, spending up to an hour on the phone only to be cut off or to be on hold for so long it was obvious no one was going to answer. All I require is to have my vat number put on my statement every month as I am using it for business use, you would swear I was asking the earth as everyone I spoke to was confused beyond belief why I would want that.. I know it is possible because my wife has a vodacom contract and on her statement , clear as day, is a slot under her personal information marked " vat registration number" I must have spoken to at least 20 people in the business department, one of whom told me I would have to take out a personal contract, and then I must have spoken to another 20 people in the personal department, none of which were any help what so ever and none of which showed any enthusiasm to try help. All the contract offers I have been interested in taking out since I started this whole ordeal have long since expired and the only similar ones are so much more expensive than what I originally wanted to spend. I hope this review makes its way to someone that cares enough about this company to make something happen.
