Contract activation nightmare

On Sunday 14 August, I went to Game Somerset Mall to take out a bundled Vodacom contract.I requested two gold phones(white or gold was offered to me). I also informed them that I had two prepaid numbers of which one is cell c and the other vodacom, which I would like to convert to this contract. I wad told that it won't be a problem and that it can be done. I was told that I had to come back the next day as the application had to be phoned through to vodacom. After confirming that the phones were ready for collection I made my way back to Game on Monday. I walked into the store at 16h30. When we got to the cashier, they picked up a problem and the phones could not be scanned. We made our way back to the cellphone counter where Barbara phoned head office who told her that there is a error on these contracts and that the phones can only be issued in black or white and that the problem will only be rectified by the Friday. I was very unhappy, but opted for the black phones in order to complete the transaction as I did not want to return to the store for a third time. By now I already spent 45 min in the store. We then went to customer service in order to reverse the initial transaction. This was a total nightmare. For some reason they struggled with the reversal which took them another hour, while I was waiting in store. By then I was already irritated and frustrated. When they finally got the reversal done, they completed a new transaction and handed me the phones and the new sim cards. They offered me a R100 inconvenience voucher, which I feel was a slap in my face as they have just wasted 2hours of my time. I eventually accepted the voucher and left. I left the store at 18h20 that day. I was told to do a sim swap for the vodacom number to a micro sim and that the cell c number will automatically be ported. We tried to do so, but it did not work. By Wednesday my contract still wasn't activated and I phoned Game again on Thursday to enquire. They then followed up and advised me that the contract could not be activated as we cannot put two prepaid numbers on the said contract. Something they claimed to be unaware of. I then instructed them to cancel the porting of the cell c number, keep the existing vofacom number and issue an additional number. On friday the contract was still not activated, needless to say, I phoned them again. Then I was told that the sim swap for the existing vodacom number is blocking the activation of the contract. We then phoned vodacom to do the sim swap. On sunday I received a call from Barbara at Game informing me that the sim swap was successful and that she re-submitted the contract for activation and once activated, she would phone me to give me the new number of the extra sim. Today is Wednesday, I have not heard a word from them and my contract STILL isn't activated. I phoned Game yesterday, but Barbara, whom I've been dealing with was off for the day. I find this whole situation appauling and I wish to express my frustration and utter disgust for the service that I have received. How can it take 2 weeks for a contract to be activated. Why did I, the customer, have to phone them 10 times to find out what's going on. I walked into that store and none of my needs have been satisfied. I did NOT get my gold phones and I couldn't use my prepaid numbers as initially requested. I feel that the wrong information was given to me and this show incompetence and lack of service from Game employees and evrytime I am being told they are following instructions from Vodacom. They surely didn't know how to sell this contract. I have been highly inconvencienced and I hope that this matter will taken up and that proper action will be taken. I further wish to express my disgust with the situation.
