Contract accessories lies

I signed up for a vodacom contract on the launch of the samsung s7 edge. I was promised a free wireless charger. To date the store I signed up with does not have it. I called them and they said Vodacom headoffice says they won't be receiving the stock for the wireless charges. False advertising by Vodacom. Lure people into deals and cannot uphold.
