CONTRACT *****
INCREASE OF 30%+ ON A POCKET ROUTER DATA CONTRACT IN LESS THAN 45 DAYS AFTER I HAVE TAKEN THE CONTRACT, IF I KNEW OR WERE TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE INCREASED IN 45 DAYS, I WOULD HAVE SIGNED THE CONTRACT AS IT WAS IN MY BUDGET AND ISNT A FIX TERM CONTRACT SUPPOSED TO BE BINDING. I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE REFER ANYONE TO VODACOM AS THEY ARE CURRUPTED. NO WHERE IN THE PURCHASE DOCUMENT IT MENTION THAT IT WOULD INCREASE WITHIN 45 DAYS AS IT WAS INCLUDED I WOULD NEVER AGGREE TO IT

27 Feb 2026, 11:28Vodacom replies in private as they do not want others to see how they commit ***** and *******ion, nowhere on the purchase documents or in the purchase process anyone told or informed me that there will be an 30% increase within 45 days, I purchased the contact as it was in range with my budget , but now it not affordable and would like to cancel the contact ASAP . If we need to, I will stop paying the contract and then we can go to court.
