contract

I recently upgraded and found challenges with the phone as I am viually impaired and struggle with most phones. So I decided to phone the vodacom sales department last Tuesday to learn my options. I was told that sinceit was still less than 7 days , I could exchange the phone at the shop I got it from. I then asked what could be in same contract to the one I took. Was told the alcatel one touch pop 7.<br> <br> My challenge is that at the vodashop they say I have to take phone with same price. The phone I took back is still with them as I cannot find a phone suitable to condition of the shop.
